Jobgether is seeking an HR & People Operations Expert for a remote, part-time contract based in the United States. You will design realistic HR tasks covering payroll, workforce planning, policies, and employee lifecycle processes, while establishing clear evaluation criteria for consistent outcomes.

The role emphasizes analytical judgment, documentation, and project discipline, with a 12-month horizon and roughly 10 hours per week.

Qualifications

• At least five years of hands-on HR payroll, workforce planning or employee lifecycle experience.
• Experience designing, applying and evaluating structured HR processes and policies.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to apply consistent standards and objective criteria.
• Experience managing HR reference materials, policy docs and payroll data.
• B2 level English minimum; higher (C1) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-step HR tasks including payroll operations and workforce planning.
• Establish structured grading rubrics and objective evaluation criteria.
• Assess professional judgment through interpretation and analysis of HR docs.
• Prepare supporting HR materials and reference files.
• Ensure task clarity and flag ambiguous or incomplete assignments.
• Meet project deadlines and quality expectations.
