Job summary

EVB is seeking an experienced HR & People Operations Expert for a fully remote, global contractor role. You will design multi-step HR tasks with objective grading criteria and develop supporting materials such as policy documents and payroll references.

Strong English and 5+ years in payroll, workforce planning, or HR policy are required. The role focuses on creating realistic, gradable benchmarks for AI evaluation, turning HR workflows into measurable tasks with clear success criteria.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on payroll, workforce planning, HR policy, or employee lifecycle operations.
• Experience creating or applying structured standards: HR policies, payroll checklists, process documentation, compliance frameworks, or training assessments.
• Strong Excel and policy-documentation skills.
• HR certification is a plus but not required.
• Excellent English, written and spoken (B2 minimum, C1 preferred).
• AI or LLM evaluation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-step HR tasks with objective grading criteria.
• Create and source supporting materials: policy documents, payroll reports, headcount data, employment agreements.
• Define objective grading criteria so two reviewers reach the same verdict.
• Build tasks that require judgment over lookup and context reading.
• Deliver tasks on schedule and with defined quality.
