R.D. Offutt Company seeks an HR Business Partner to build strong teams and shape a thriving workplace culture. You’ll partner with field leaders and support R.D. Offutt Farms teams through meaningful HR initiatives, with regular in-person support at farm office locations.

This remote-based role requires travel to farm locations about 25–30% and includes coordinating recruiting, performance management, and employee relations to drive engagement and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience with employee performance management.
• Proven ability to handle employment disputes and separations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Willingness to travel to farm offices regularly.
• Valid work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
