• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 5+ years of related work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide work direction to staff aligned with department objectives.
• Lead team initiatives and collaborate to plan, implement, and evaluate services.
• Design, develop and implement HR policies and procedures; partner with HRIS to automate processes.
• Assist with fiscal responsibilities; monitor budget expenditures and produce reports.
• Ensure consistent policy application and keep knowledge of HR laws and regulations up to date.
