Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of the team.
• Plans and schedules work assignments to ensure service levels to physicians and patients.
• Manages daily clinical operations at the site including patient flow and supplies.
• Performs routine operational efficiency and financial analysis for the unit.
• Maintains relations with physicians in the clinical area.
• Anticipates equipment, supplies, and support needs.
• Triages patient complaints and follows through to resolution.
• Works with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Manages recruitment, development, and performance evaluations.
• Oversees training and orientation of new employees and ongoing skills.
• Coordinates patient customer relations.
• Assists in resolving disputes among patients, staff, and physicians.
