Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• Ohio RT License, Registered RT.
• Preferred: Supervisory experience in a hospital.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: provide programmatic leadership of the clinical component to ensure quality patient care outcomes and align with strategic plan.
• Project Management: lead overall direction, coordination, and completion of projects with resource planning and timelines.
• Performance Management: develop staffing and retention strategies, including hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of staff.
• Department Management: develop, implement and enforce policies to guide departmental operations.
• Operational Management: lead initiatives and collaborate to plan, implement, and evaluate services and personnel.
