Job summary

SCRI Oncology Partners in Nashville seeks an experienced HR Generalist to manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. You will partner with managers to craft recruitment strategies and handle interviewing, selection, and offers.

You will provide guidance on HR practices, manage benefits and leaves, maintain HRIS data, and support credentialing with the US Oncology Network. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Human Resources, Business, or related field; or a combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience; healthcare experience a plus!
• Working knowledge of employment law, benefits administration, leave of absence and accommodation administration, HR policies and practices, and HRIS data management.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and identify top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer processes.
• Provide guidance on interviewing best practices and candidate evaluation.
• Coordinate onboarding of new employees, including background checks, benefits review, and orientation.
• Support HR processes such as benefits administration, leaves of absence, accommodations, and workers’ compensation.
