Job summary

SCRI Oncology Partners in Nashville, TN, is seeking an HR professional to oversee recruitment and provide HR generalist support across the organization. You will partner with managers, handle sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, benefits, and compliance to ensure a seamless employee experience.

The role requires 3–5 years of HR experience, knowledge of employment law, and HRIS expertise. SHRM-CP or PHR is preferred. Great benefits and growth opportunities within the US Oncology Network await.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in HR, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience; healthcare experience a plus.
• Knowledge of employment law, benefits, leave, accommodations, HR policies, and HRIS data.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and identify top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer.
• Provide guidance on interviewing best practices and candidate evaluation.
• Coordinate onboarding, including documents, background checks, benefits, and orientation.
• Work with Marketing to produce the monthly employee newsletter and organizational updates.
• Provide local benefits administration and employee support, including enrollment and life events.
• Maintain HRIS data, changes, and reporting needs.
• Conduct exit interviews and summarize key themes for leadership.
• Serve as liaison with hospitals and the USON Credentialing Team for credentialing.
• Provide administrative support to the Executive Director (calendar, travel, meetings).
• Support HR Manager with employee relations, performance management, and policy administration.
• Assist with Leave of Absence, accommodations, and workers' compensation processes.
• Performs other HR duties as assigned.
