Job summary

DelDOT's Division of Employee and Labor Relations seeks a Human Resources Analyst to review, analyze, and prepare case data, reports, and plans on EEO, AA, RWAD, SOC, and ADA. The role provides guidance to employees and management and applies HR laws to foster fair, respectful work relationships.

The position offers telework eligibility as a casual/seasonal assignment supporting Delaware state agencies, including requirements for education and HR experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Three years’ experience with labor or employee relations.
• Two years’ experience ensuring compliance with HR laws, rules and procedures.
• One year of interviewing employees, management or others to obtain facts.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to employees, management and others based on HR laws, rules and policies.
• Analyze inquiries and evaluate alternatives, then make recommendations.
• Research and report data using HR information systems; prepare narrative and statistical reports.
• May participate in interviews, meetings and presentations.
