Job summary

ZOVU is a global online startup building the Operating System for the modern restaurant. We are seeking an ambitious, hands-on HR Intern to join our global people team and actively conduct candidate screening interviews across all departments.

This is a 100% remote role (minimum 32 hours per week) with real responsibility and direct access to leadership as we scale rapidly. You will act as the first point of contact for potential hires, guide them through our recruitment pipeline, and support

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology or related field.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and interviewing skills.
• Able to work 100% remotely with at least 32 hours per week.
• Demonstrates discretion with sensitive personnel data and drives own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate screening interviews across all departments (Sales, Tech, Operations, Customer Success).
• Support day‑to‑day HR operations and be the first point of contact for potential hires.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment pipeline and contribute to building a growing team.
