Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through HR functional areas to gain cross-functional view.
• Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
• Maintain confidential employee records in line with data retention policies.
• Help collect, organize, and analyze workforce data for leadership reports.
• Contribute to content highlighting CAI's culture and value proposition.
• Assist with HR projects on engagement, benefits, and training.
• Support compliance tracking as needed.
• Use AI-powered HR tools.
