Job summary

Clera in San Francisco is seeking a Strategic Operations Intern to drive cross-functional projects across operations, growth, and talent workflows. You will help the team improve how work gets done in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will analyze data, create spreadsheet models or BI reports, document processes, and coordinate multiple projects with minimal supervision. Experience in startups and HR operations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis, spreadsheet modeling, or BI tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
• Experience managing multiple projects independently and delivering on commitments.
• Background in process documentation, workflow optimization, or operational project management.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office for creating and collaborating on documents.
• Experience in a startup, scale-up, or other fast-paced environment.
• Recruiting, talent acquisition, HR operations, CRM, ATS, recruiting software, or AI business model experience is helpful.
