Urrly is seeking an HR Generalist/HR Business Partner to own hands-on HR across employee relations, benefits, multi-state compliance, and reporting—partnering with the Chief People & Compliance Officer. This remote role supports a US-wide workforce within a healthcare-focused organization.

Responsibilities include handling employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and government reporting, while advising operational leaders and coordinating HR processes across states.

Formación

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience with hands-on employee relations
• Experience handling multi-state compliance and state-specific requirements
• Experience with benefits administration and vendor coordination
• Experience with government reporting and payroll data handling
• Experience supporting hourly/nonexempt employees and operational managers

Responsabilidades

• Handle employee relations including complaints, investigations, performance concerns, and terminations
• Ensure multi-state compliance across wage/hour, leave, and reporting requirements
• Administer benefits processes including enrollments, changes, and inquiries
• Prepare and coordinate government reporting (EEO-1, ACA 1094/1095, state reporting)
• Coach managers and partners with leadership on HR policies and workforce planning
• Support onboarding, transfers, promotions, offboarding, and payroll changes
• Identify process improvements to HR workflows and systems
