Fox Pest Control is seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to support onboarding, device management, and system implementations from a primarily remote work setup, with occasional on-site requirements in Logan, UT.

You will handle I-9 verifications, employee records, and partner with IT to manage devices and tools. A growth-focused, collaborative culture supports hands-on training and leadership development.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, onboarding, or related administrative role.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Rippling, ADP, BambooHR) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including offer letters, background checks, screenings, and timely completion of tasks.
• Complete and maintain I-9 employment eligibility verifications.
• Oversee device ordering, assignment, tracking, and troubleshooting with IT support.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure policy/regulatory compliance.
• Serve as a key contact for new hires throughout onboarding.
• Collaborate on projects, compliance initiatives, and policy updates.
• Support fleet and asset management activities and related admin tasks.
