Job summary

Fox Pest Control is seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to welcome new employees, manage devices, and help implement new systems. This role offers telecommuting with occasional on-site duties at the Logan, UT home office.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with salary range $50,000–$70,000 and benefits including health, 401k match, PTO after 30 days, holidays, and training opportunities. Reports to HR & Compliance Manager.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR/onboarding or related administrative experience.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail).
• Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Rippling, ADP, BambooHR) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including offer letters and background checks.
• Complete I-9 verifications in compliance with federal regulations (remote and in-person).
• Oversee device ordering, assignment, tracking, and troubleshooting with IT support.
• Maintain accurate employee records and compliance with policies/regulations.
• Serve as a point of contact for new hires throughout onboarding.
