Job summary

SNF Holding Company is seeking an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support to Oil & Gas teams at The Woodlands, TX, Long Beach, CA, Lock Haven, PA, and remote employees. You will lead recruitment, employee relations, training, and policy execution while serving as a trusted liaison between employees, managers, and HR.

The role requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a customer-service mindset to ensure consistent HR programs and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience with progressive responsibilities.
• 1–2 years in full life cycle recruiting.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance.
• Experience partnering with site leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with HRIS/ATS systems (WorkforceNow, ADP, iCIMS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR partnership to Oil & Gas teams and employees across multiple sites.
• Lead or support strategic HR initiatives affecting site operations and alignment.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment in partnership with Corporate Recruitment and ensure ATS accuracy.
• Develop partnerships with colleges, workforce entities, and community groups to strengthen the talent pipeline.
• Support policy communication and implementation across the organization.
