• Experience with fast-growing teams and active hiring in changing priorities.
• Hands-on onboarding process development and turnover analysis.
• Expertise partnering with managers on complex people cases and team development.
• Experience with freelancers and distributed teams.
• Proactive, systems-thinking approach and turning HR data into business decisions.

Aufgaben

• Recruitment & Onboarding: collaborate with recruitment teams, hire specialists, and improve onboarding across areas.
• Retention & Team Health: conduct 1:1s, assess attrition, and propose retention solutions.
• HR Operations: manage team changes, leave, offboarding, reporting, and automate processes.
• People Development & Manager Support: assist managers with conflicts and training plans.
• People Experience: enhance team experience, coordinate activities, courses, and perks.
• Employer Brand: develop materials and communicate with candidates to strengthen employer image.
