Jobgether SRL is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead people operations for a fully remote gaming company. You will own the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, and partner closely with leadership.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee relations, and implement structured hiring processes, compensation benchmarking, and people strategies across distributed teams.

Formación

• Seven-plus years of HR experience in technology or gaming companies.
• Strong full-cycle recruitment and employee relations expertise.
• Experience with remote teams and AI tools; familiarity with Atlassian and Slack.
• Fully remote role with autonomy and ownership.
