Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible HR experience, including employee relations.
• Knowledge of federal laws and CA/OR employment requirements.
• Ability to research and interpret employment regulations.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations.
• Residency/work in OR, WA, or CA.

Responsabilidades

• Guide executives and department leaders on employee relations, performance, disciplinary actions, and workplace concerns.
• Independently assess employee relations issues and recommend actions.
• Conduct workplace investigations and prepare clear findings.
• Ensure consistent application of employment laws and company policies.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, HRIS administration, and records management.
