Nu-Way Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to drive talent acquisition, employee development, and HR operations for a 200+ workforce in Illinois. You will oversee recruiting, onboarding, training, payroll, benefits, and safety programs to support growth.

The role requires a decade of HR experience, leadership ability, and excellent communication. Strong knowledge of HRIS/ATS/LMS and regulatory compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience with 200+ workforce.
• Proven full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing/technical roles.
• Design and delivery of workforce training programs.
• Experience supervising others.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA, EEO, ADA, FMLA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles.
• Design and manage company-wide training and development.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and compliance activities.
• Maintain job descriptions and organizational charts.
• Produce retention and engagement analytics and improvements.
• Coordinate safety programs and worker’s compensation processes.
