Job summary

The role manages talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and ensures legal compliance. You will build an empowered HR team and scale programs to support expansion across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or engineering environments preferred.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s HR strategy, policies, and employee programs.
• Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
• Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
• Develop employee engagement, retention, and leadership development initiatives.
• Manage HR operations, systems, reporting, and HR team performance.
