Job summary

Centerfield is seeking an experienced HR Director, Call Center Operations to lead people operations for a multi-site US call center network. This remote role reports to senior HR leadership and focuses on workforce strategy, retention, investigations, and compliant practices across states.

You will coach a distributed team, set SOPs and SLAs, and partner with operations to align staffing with aggressive targets while maintaining fair workplace practices.

Qualifications

• 10 years of progressive HR experience in high-volume environments.
• Deep experience coaching HR Partners and Talent Acquisition teams.
• Strong collaboration with senior operations leaders.
• Expertise in wage-and-hour compliance across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR strategic partner to Call Center site directors and supervisors.
• Lead a distributed team of HR Partners and establish SOPs/SLAs.
• Oversee investigations, disciplinary actions, and high-risk personnel decisions.
• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for US call centers and ramp staffing.
• Monitor metrics like turnover, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire.
