A rapidly expanding youth program organization is seeking an HR & Credentialing Specialist to manage onboarding and compliance across multiple sites. This key role involves ensuring that all staff members meet necessary state and partner requirements before working with children. Ideal candidates will have over 2 years of HR experience, a strong attention to detail, and a good understanding or the capability to learn Pennsylvania childcare regulations. The position offers top-tier pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR, credentialing, & compliance experience in childcare, OST, healthcare, or education preferred.
• Strong understanding or ability to learn PA childcare regulations (3270/OCDEL).
• Manage 50-100 staff files with extreme attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding processes from offer letter to first day.
• Process background checks and compliance documentation.
• Provide weekly compliance updates to leadership.
• Conduct internal and assist with external file audits.
