Pediatric Therapy Associates in Aiken, SC is seeking an HR Compliance & Workforce Specialist to oversee onboarding, credentialing, payroll review, and HR documentation, ensuring staff are properly onboarded and compliant.

This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and experience with HRIS systems (Paychex preferred). The position offers a competitive benefits package and a schedule aligned with clinical operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• 2-4 years of HR or healthcare administration experience.
• Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new hire onboarding for clinical and non-clinical staff, including documentation and HR system setup.
• Maintain employee records, licensure, certifications, and compliance documents.
• Initiate and track provider credentialing with insurance providers and regulatory agencies.
• Monitor licensure renewals and CAQH profiles for compliance.
• Track employee training and compliance requirements.
• Review payroll for accuracy of hours and pay rates before processing.
• Assist with HR reporting, workforce records, and policy updates.
• Support HR leadership with investigations and compliance audits.
