A La C.A.R.T.E. Solutions - ALC is seeking an HR Manager Consultant to deliver comprehensive HR support for diverse client organizations. You will advise on employee relations, policy development, recruitment, compensation, and compliance while collaborating with the CHRO and client teams.

This role adapts to varied cultures and regulatory environments across the U.S. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR consulting or generalist roles, strong CA employment law knowledge, and a customer-focused

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
• Expertise in CA employment laws required.
• Experience with non-profit organizations a plus.
• Proven experience in HR consulting or generalist roles, preferably serving multiple clients.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
