You will verify primary sources, track renewals, and assist with remote worker program administration while protecting sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in a Human Resources setting.
• Familiarity with clinical regulatory requirements in healthcare preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to handle confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of HR records per regulatory guidelines.
• Manage Evercheck for primary source verification of licenses and certifications.
• Update records in PeopleSoft and scanned documents in employee files.
• Generate HR reports to track recertification timelines and communicate with leadership.
• Coordinate Remote Worker program administration and related space requirements.
