Job summary

IGS Energy in the United States is seeking an HR Compliance Partner to bolster employment law compliance, policy governance, and risk management across the US and Canada. You will monitor regulatory changes, draft policies, and coordinate employee-facing documents for actions and workforce changes.

You will conduct audits, support investigations, partner with business leaders, and help with audits and litigation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, legal studies, or related field.
• Multi-state and Canadian employment law experience.
• 3–5 years interpreting employment laws and developing HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret employment law and regulatory changes.
• Draft and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare and coordinate employee-facing documents for actions and workforce changes.
• Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments.
• Support workplace investigations and employee relations matters.
• Partner on employment-related issues and provide litigation support.
