Job summary

Bloodworks Northwest is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to shape HR strategy and programs across the organization, focusing on talent identification, performance, employee relations, compensation, rewards, succession, and staff development to attract and retain top talent.

You will partner with senior leaders, drive leadership development and workforce planning, implement best practices in talent management and organizational effectiveness, and help lead the company’s transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree and SHRM certifications are desirable.
• Progressive HR experience with a strategic focus and advisory capability.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong relationships with client leadership teams to build partnerships.
• Execute workforce strategies that attract, develop, and retain staff.
• Influence senior leaders to prioritize strategic workforce priorities.
• Lead succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
• Provide data-driven insights via HR metrics and benchmarking.
