Escalon Services is seeking a motivated People Operations professional to join our remote team. You will support the full HR scope, partner on strategic initiatives, and help scale venture-backed companies with compliant policies and programs.

With guidance from an HRBP Manager, you’ll handle payroll, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS, and performance processes, while maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent client service.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of human resources/people operations experience.
• Experience scaling and supporting venture/private equity backed companies.
• Knowledge of startup HR best practices in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong business acumen with a people-oriented approach.
• Excellent knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws.

• Support full scope of HR responsibilities with guidance from an HRBP Manager.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with client goals.
• Maintain compliance and write/update company policies and handbooks.
• Lead HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration for multiple clients.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, leave management, and performance processes.
