Circle Health Group is the leading provider of private healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals and clinics. We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join the HR team on a 9-month fixed-term contract, working remotely with travel to hospital sites as required.

The role focuses on delivering the HR strategy, advising on complex ER cases, and supporting workforce planning across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience as a senior HR business partner or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HR policies, ER case law, and HR processes.
• Ability to advise on organisational change and TUPE implications.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers the Operational HR Strategy across the business.
• Supports outsourced ER model and provides advice on complex ER cases.
• Drives longer-term workforce planning and talent management.
• Builds capability across the organisation and engages leaders on people issues.
• Acts as a trusted partner in delivering the HR agenda.
