Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support the Legal Function. Based at the Reston, Virginia headquarters, the HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, delivering HR solutions that strengthen organizational effectiveness, engagement, and talent development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience, or Masters with 2+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Professional demeanor and strong consultative skills.
• Experience working with management from first-level supervisors to senior-level.

Responsibilities

• Assess business and workforce needs and develop HR solutions.
• Partner with leaders on change management and workforce planning.
• Support talent development, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Coach leaders on performance management and accountability.
• Collaborate on compensation, recognition, and Total Rewards.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and policy interpretation.
• Support enterprise HR programs within the Legal Function.
• Engage in cross-functional projects and enterprise HR priorities.
