VSP Vision is seeking an HR Administrator to respond to routine employee inquiries on policies, benefits, payroll, leaves, and related topics under general supervision. You will work with benefits, payroll, and wellness specialists on complex cases, utilizing HRIS and payroll tools to resolve issues and ensure accurate data handling.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience with human resources practices or equivalent
• Two to four years processing benefits, payroll and/or disability inquiries
• High level of interpersonal skills for sensitive situations
• Ability to own problems and drive to solution
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience navigating multiple computer applications including HRIS and payroll data systems

Responsabilités

• Respond to routine employee inquiries on policies, programs, benefits, payroll, leaves, and workers’ compensation
• Escalate complex cases to benefits, disability management or payroll specialists
• Explain insurance coverage and benefits to employees
• Serve as liaison with carriers/vendors to resolve data issues
• Suggest process improvements to HR procedures and technologies
• Adhere to HR Division standards in all tasks
