Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in affordable housing, homeless services, or refugee resettlement.
• Fluency in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of U.S. Immigration system and asylum seeker needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; public speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized housing stability support through needs assessments and client-led plans.
• Navigate rental market opportunities and assist with tenancy applications.
• Cultivate relationships with housing providers and partners for successful housing outcomes.
• Research local resources and community partners to support housing stability.
• Coordinate allocation of financial assistance for housing costs.
• Deliver housing-related orientation and financial literacy training.
