HIAS provides virtual resettlement services to clients in the Virtual Program of Initial Resettlement (VPIR) funded by the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). This program is an alternative, “lighter touch” pathway for higher-resourced cases with strong U.S. Ties.
