You will develop new business, manage key accounts, and collaborate with local teams to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction. The role requires strong sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience: Prior sales experience desired; detailed, multi-priority management.
• Skills: Strong communication with all levels; problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Sales/Revenue Maximization: Achieve sales room night and revenue goals by business development, account management and hotel site sales calls.
• Cost Control: Manage sales expenses to maximize hotel profitability and assist with department budget.
• Guest Service: Ensure client satisfaction and respond to needs in a timely manner; handle inquiries professionally.
• Technical Acumen: Utilize sales tools/systems to forecast and communicate sales data; document in Delphi daily.
• Safety/Risk Management: Maintain standards and ensure a safe work environment; follow procedures.
• Self/Workload Management: Communicate clearly, attend meetings, and adhere to SOPs.
