Job summary

Premier Project Management, LLC is seeking a Project Manager for Hotel Renovations. This remote role supports a portfolio of hotel projects across the United States with extensive travel to sites.

You will lead capital renovation initiatives, manage budgets, and coordinate with owners, brands, architects, and contractors. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in hospitality construction, strong procurement knowledge, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive hospitality construction or renovation project management experience.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar capital budgets across concurrent projects.
• Strong knowledge of FF&E/OS&E procurement and brand standards compliance.
• Proven ability to manage general contractor and vendor relationships, including bids.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle execution of hotel renovation, repositioning, and PIP projects.
• Direct multiple concurrent capital projects, prioritizing resources and timelines.
• Develop and manage budgets, scopes, schedules; track spend against plans.
• Select and manage architects, designers, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure renovations meet brand PIP requirements and franchise standards.
• Oversee FF&E and OS&E procurement, logistics, and installation.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and punch-list walkthroughs.
• Manage change orders and mitigate schedule and cost risk.
• Prepare and present status, budget, and risk reports to ownership.
• Ensure safety compliance and minimize disruption during renovations.
• Mentor project managers and coordinators in the portfolio.
