Socket.dev is seeking dependable, customer-focused Hotel Customer Support Coordinators to assist clients with hotel and resort planning, reservation support, and accommodation questions. You will research properties, review options, organize reservation details, and guide clients from initial inquiry to confirmed arrangements.

This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and access to booking tools and resources to support vacation planning and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or strong interpersonal skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
