Job summary

BWH Hotels seeks a Project Manager, Design to guide property improvement plans for hotel members across the US and Canada. You will apply your design and architectural knowledge to create practical solutions aligned with brand standards and budgets.

In this remote role, collaborate with internal teams, manage reports, and track milestones. A design/architecture background with NCIDQ/AIA or PMP is preferred; travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic proficiency in Salesforce and Smartsheet preferred.
• Seasoned analytical, time management and written/verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work and think independently using proven analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Customer focused with good presentation skills.
• Ability to diplomatically communicate deficiencies and required changes.
• Adaptability to learning new processes and flexibility with the evolution of organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and maintain property improvement plan reports.
• Guide design projects with hotel members to align with brand standards.
• Engage in collaborative problem solving to support members through the design process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to identify compliant design solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge base with design standards and documents.
• Set and meet goals aligned with organizational objectives.
• Build rapport with Members and empower desired outcomes.
