Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum 6 years of professional design experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of design standards and budgeting principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement design programs that support member development.
• Provide technical and operational guidance to design staff.
• Establish and maintain design standards, policies, and tools.
• Assess design activities and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to promote design excellence.
• Develop hiring, training, and retention strategies for design staff.
• Manage departmental resources and coordinate with vendors.
