Job summary

Premier Project Management is seeking a Senior Project Architect / Project Manager to lead complex renovation and adaptive reuse projects from planning through construction. Dallas-based with a hybrid schedule; remote candidates considered.

You will oversee multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects that meet budget, schedule, and quality targets while maintaining design intent. Ideal candidates have extensive architectural experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited college or university.
• Approximately 12+ years of architectural experience.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, accessibility, life-safety, and existing-building conditions.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam Revu.
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled applications in architectural practice.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel periodically for client meetings, site assessments, and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead large and technically complex projects from feasibility through construction administration.
• Develop and manage project work plans, schedules, staffing requirements, and internal budgets.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings, document decisions, assign action items, and maintain accountability.
• Identify risks and coordinate resolution strategies early in projects.
• Monitor performance with firm leadership on staffing, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Manage multiple projects or phases concurrently when required.
