Job summary

Walters Hospitality seeks a Senior Analyst – Business Data & Systems to own the financial technology stack and data infrastructure, transforming raw data into actionable insights for leadership. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7+ years combining financial/data analysis with IT systems
• Experience administering or implementing Sage, NetSuite or similar ERP/CPM platforms
• Hands-on with iPaaS tools (Celigo, Workato, MuleSoft) and data flow management
• Strong SQL proficiency and data visualization with Tableau/Power BI/Sigma
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with complex financial modeling and pivot tables
• Proven ability to build executive dashboards and present to senior leadership
• Demonstrated project management experience

Responsibilities

• Own and administer Walters’ financial technology stack and data infrastructure.
• Manage and optimize integrations between systems to ensure accurate data flow.
• Serve as the internal SME and point of contact for financial systems issues and enhancements.
• Lead evaluations and implementations of future analytics infrastructure (e.g., Snowflake, Power BI).
• Develop and maintain system docs, data dictionaries, and SOPs for platforms.
• Partner with vendors and implementation teams for rollouts and upgrades.
• Provide strategic recommendations on tech investments and data roadmap.
• Design, build, and maintain unified executive dashboards.
• Perform regular financial and operational analyses and variance reporting.
• Create data-driven presentations for CFO and leadership.
• Develop financial models to support budgeting and planning.
• Identify trends and opportunities to drive improvements.
• Ensure data integrity across reporting through validation and reconciliation.
