Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field related to hospitality or analytics.
• 2+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
• Proficient with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python or R).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect and interpret operational data from hospitality sources (occupancy, guest feedback, F&B performance, costs).
• Develop and maintain dashboards/reports to track KPIs across departments/properties.
• Identify operational improvements and cost optimization with data-driven recommendations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot trends and opportunities.
• Prepare presentations for management communicating findings and solutions.
• Collaborate with remote teams to gather data and implement recommendations.
• Develop analytical models to forecast performance and predict needs.
