Job summary

Cloudbeds, a global hospitality software company, seeks a Data Reports & Insights Analyst to join our Customer Success team. You’ll turn raw operational and financial data into actionable reports and dashboards across our PMS suite, helping hoteliers optimize ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and channel performance.

You’ll communicate clearly with customers, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and coach clients on interpreting metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience turning operational and financial data into actionable reports.
• Proven ability to explain technical reporting concepts in plain language.
• Comfort with dashboards, filters, and custom reports in BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Build, analyze, and optimize reports across the PMS reporting suite.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies before they reach customers.
• Coach hoteliers on reading metrics like ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and channel performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Onboarding, Support, and Customer Success teams.
