Placements24 is recruiting a Remote Hospitality Customer Support Specialist for a leading online travel and hospitality platform. You will assist clients with bookings, inquiries, and issue resolution from a fully remote setup, supporting customers globally from Randburg, Gauteng.

You will manage inquiries via phone, email and live chat, troubleshoot issues, and provide travel policy information. The role requires 2+ years in customer service and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in customer service, preferably in hospitality or travel.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a professional tone.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Proficient in CRM systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with booking, modifying, and canceling hotel, flight, and package reservations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to bookings or services.
• Provide information about destinations, accommodations, and travel policies.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or senior team members.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions in the CRM.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
