Job summary

Masimo Corporation seeks a Hospital Account Representative II to build relationships with hospital accounts and promote Masimo's noninvasive monitoring technologies. You will conduct product demonstrations, trainings, and clinical evaluations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and proper use.

Reporting to the Regional Vice President, Sales, you will cover the Bay Area and the wider Territory remotely, travel within the territory, and participate in industry events while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of hospital account management or healthcare sales experience.
• Knowledge of hospital operations, reimbursement, and billing processes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel within the territory and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain hospital account relationships, acting as a key resource for hospital clients and clinical teams
• Conduct product demonstrations, trainings, and clinical evaluations, ensuring proper use of Masimo technologies by clinical staff
• Drive sales growth in the assigned territory, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned accounts
• Collaborate with clinical thought leaders, account managers, and cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, clinical specialists)
• Represent Masimo at industry events
• Provide excellent customer support and address customer concerns promptly, maintaining CRM records of all sales activities
