Ethos is seeking experienced hospital operations consultants to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks, with remote, flexible hours and compensation of $100/hour. Start date ASAP with commitment of 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired).

Candidates should have 5+ years in hospital operations, health system consulting, or care delivery redesign, and direct ownership of throughput and service line performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospital operations, health system consulting, or care delivery redesign, with direct ownership of patient throughput and service line performance work
• Experience building staffing, reimbursement, or patient throughput models used to brief hospital executives or health system leadership
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsabilités

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows
• Develop patient throughput and bed utilization models
• Design care pathways and clinical workflow redesign proposals
• Produce hospital service line performance dashboards and related decks
• Prepare payer contract and reimbursement analysis materials
• Support staffing ratio and labor cost optimization reports
• Generate quality and patient safety improvement reports
