Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced healthcare operations consultants to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You should have 5+ years in hospital operations, health system consulting, or care delivery redesign, with direct ownership of throughput and service line performance work.

This is a fully remote, flexible engagement at $100/hour, 5–20 hours per week (more if desired), starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospital operations, health system consulting, or care delivery redesign.
• Experience owning patient throughput or service line performance work.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for healthcare workflows.
• Develop staffing, reimbursement, and throughput models to brief hospital executives or health system leadership.
• Collaborate with clients to translate clinical workflows into accurate, executive-ready outputs.
