Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced hospital operations consultants to help train and refine AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will support workflows like patient throughput, bed utilization, care pathways, and performance dashboards, delivering high-quality written materials for hospital leadership.

The role is fully remote with flexible 5–20 hours per week (or more) and starts ASAP. Compensation is $100 per hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospital operations, health system consulting, or care delivery redesign, owning patient throughput or service line performance work.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Train and evaluate AI on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across hospital workflows.
• Refine AI-generated materials for patient throughput, bed utilization, care pathways, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to brief executives and health system leadership using data-driven outputs.
