Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospital operations, health system consulting, or care delivery redesign, with direct ownership of patient throughput and service line performance work
• Experience building staffing, reimbursement, or patient throughput models used to brief hospital executives or health system leadership
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core hospital workflows
• Support patient throughput and bed utilization models and care pathway redesign proposals
• Develop hospital service line performance dashboards and related briefing materials for executives
