Job summary

IntellaTriage is seeking a compassionate registered nurse (RN) to join our growing remote team providing after-hours hospice triage by phone. You will assess patient needs, coordinate timely care, and support families with empathy and professionalism.

Base pay starts at $25 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to $28 per hour within six months. The role includes remote training, a supportive clinical team, PTO, and access to a 401(k) plan, with benefits such as medical, dental, and vision

Qualifications

• Active multistate RN license required.
• Hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care experience preferred.
• Comfort with technology and EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage for hospice patients and families.
• Assess conditions and determine next steps for care.
• Document communications and interventions accurately.
• Coordinate with on-call teams to ensure timely patient care.
